The Rothenberg Political Report, a non-partisan analysis of American politics and elections, released its final report before the election. Rothenberg is predicting a Democratic gain of 34 to 40 seats in the House, a victory that would rival the Republican tidal wave of 1994. Rothenberg also expects the Democrats to gain 6 seats in Congress and winning control.
